PUBLIC OFFER AGREEMENT

This document is an official notice from Soélle Beauty Academy, individual entrepreneur Anastasiia Volodymyrivna Dekhtyarenko (hereinafter – “the Academy”), regarding the terms of interaction with potential students. This agreement is for informational purposes only and does not constitute a public offer within the meaning of Articles 633, 641, and 642 of the Civil Code of Ukraine.

1. General Provisions
1.1. The Academy’s website is intended to inform visitors about educational programs.
1.2. Submitting an application on the website does not create any obligations for the Academy or the user.
1.3. All training conditions are discussed individually after feedback from the Academy’s manager.
1.4. The website is not a platform for concluding contracts remotely or for online payment of services.

2. Submission of Application
2.1. Visitors have the right to submit an application through the website by completing the relevant form.
2.2. The application does not constitute an order or acceptance of a public offer.
2.3. After receiving the application, a representative of the Academy contacts the potential student to clarify details.

3. Liability
3.1. The Academy is not responsible for possible technical failures on the website or the accuracy of the information provided by the user.
3.2. The Academy reserves the right to update or modify the content of this document without prior notice.
